Job Duties
- Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for cooking
- Assist the Chef in executing menu items and plating dishes
- Cook food according to standardized recipes and kitchen procedures
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Organize storage areas, track inventory, and report shortages
- Receive and store food supplies in accordance with sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with reliable work habits and positive attitude
- Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
- Training provided for suitable candidates
Benefits

- Overtime rate of 1.5× hourly wage after 40 hours/week or 8 hours/day
